-Engineer in Training Certificate No. 21700 with the State of Ohio

-Tau Beta Pi National Engineering Honorary Society Member

-Held Various offices with Associated Builders and Contractors since 1981

-President of Dryden Builders, Inc. since 1975, CEO of Dryden Builders, Inc. since 2006

-Controls all Field Operations including sub-contractor coordination, scheduling and supervision of all self-performed tasks including but not limited to demolition, concrete, rough and finish carpentry, and specialty installation items.

-Field supervision major projects including bi-weekly jobsite meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

-Field work decisions made onsite by owner of company with 40 years of experience has allowed for streamlining construction schedules and eliminated unnecessary delays due to excessive company management.

-Member of Clearcreek Township, Ohio’s Zoning review Board since 2008.

Christopher A. Hinkel

(President, Dryden Builders, Inc.)

-Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Dayton

-Master in Business Administration from the University of North Texas

-Tau Beta Pi National Engineering Honorary Society Member

-Eight years as Manufacturing Engineering / Cost Estimating Manager for Texas Instruments, Inc.

-Vice President of Dryden Builders, Inc. since 1993, President of Dryden Builders, Inc. since 2006

-OSHA 30 Certification

-Controls all office operations including estimating, marketing, project management, shop drawing review, contract negotiations, and field support.

-Field support will include attending bi-weekly meetings at the site and coordinate all submittals through the Architect. Also included is monitoring of the construction schedule and communication of changes to the owner and architect. Safety monitoring.
