Design-Build 15,000 SF building additions including two-story Police wing, single story administration wing and site development. 15,000 SF complete Interior Renovation including Dinning rooms, Ball room, Bar, Men’s Grille, Offices, Restrooms and new Redwood Deck area. Started demo on 1-5-98 (after New Years Eve Party) and received Occupancy Certificate on 2-24-98 (before Golf Course Reopened for season). “Timing was everything on our renovation project. The job had to be complete when the golf course reopened for the season and therefore penalty clauses were in place. Don Hinkel, President of Dryden, was personally on the job everyday physically doing the work and keeping me apprised of the progress. 1,550 SF Free standing new prototype block / EIFS building and complete site development was constructed in only 40 calendar days (this includes 9 rain days). Dominos lost their lease space and needed the new building completed ASAP – Dryden’s Fast Track approach allowed Dominos to have a quick transition and maintain service to all their customers.
Bad soil required 4 feet of undercut and haul off. 16’ tall full height masonry firewall required on one side with 8 ’ tall block wrap and interior block walls for mezzanine. Metal siding above block with Standing Seam Metal Roof system. Design-Build 7,600 SF of building on a 12,000 SF lot required just-in-time deliveries. “I still can’t believe that they built my building so fast.
