• Dryden Builders has started construction for the new St. Mary's Church in Springboro, Ohio on Yankee Road. The church will be over 23,700 SF with a lower level walk out for church functions and Parish offices. Complete site development of the 17 acre property.

• Dryden Builders recently completed the Sanctuary Pointe Nursing and Rehab Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. The facility is over 110,000 SF with a 12 acre site development.

• Dryden Builders, Inc. recently finished a $10 Million major redevelopment project for Veolia Environmental Services in West Carrollton, Ohio. This project included a 20-acre site redevelopment and six new buildings with special containment requirements enforced by EPA.

 

• Dryden Builders has completed construction on a new 12,000 SF church that seats over 800 for St. Francis de Sales Parish in Lebanon, Ohio. The church dedication and blessing was on January 19, 2013.

• Dryden Builders recently completed the new 8,129 SF "Life Celebration Center" for Anderson Funeral Home in Franklin, Ohio.

 

• Dryden Builders recently completed a 9,600 SF new facility for K.E. Rose Company for their police vehicle retrofit operation
